Returns and Exchanges


All items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully review your selection before making a purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within [number of days] days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Exchange items can not be held. We recommend repurchasing your exchange on our website. We will refund you for the original order when it's received back to us. Any discounts on the original order will be applied to your even-exchange order.


  • Exchanges, store credit or refunds for items must be postmarked for return within 15 days of their delivery date.
  • All returns should be new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
  • SECULAR reserves the right to refuse refund of merchandise that fails to meet our return qualifications. In this case, an invoice will be sent to the customer to pay for shipping the item back to them or their items will be forfeited without refund.
  • Only merchandise purchased from will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.  A label will be furnished to you upon initiating a return, and a $10 deduction will be applied to your refund once we have received your return.   Please proceed to to begin process
  • Returns can take up to 10 business days to process at our facility. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been fully processed.
  • International Orders are not eligible for our $10 USD return label fee. Return Shipping fees will be at the customer's expense.
